Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open Mario Kart Wii NTSC
  2. Choose Single Player, Grand Prix
  3. Choose 150 CC, then select any character

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All 150cc karts should appear properly. In r3949, half the karts disappears

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r3949. Win Vista Home 32bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Also, I use DolphinIL (not normal Dolphin.exe). Enable Duo Core, Optimize
Quantisations, Use safe texture cache, Mario Kart Wii Hack, De-select
Disable in EFB Copy
