Or in other words, when resizing those windows, their size is never remembered.
On Windows 10, with 3840x2160 resolution and 300% DPI.
When it happens, I can no longer move the tab around.
My recommended solution would be to have the tab window spawn with a height of 80% instead of 100%.
Just look this video. It is easier then to further describe what happens.
