Trying to perform an online system update for current region fails with the following error:

Click Tools > Perform Online System Update > Current Region

Unsure, my internet is unfortunately extremely slow. I can download to test but it will take quite a few hours.
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
Ryzen 5900x, RTX 2070 Super, Windows 11 x64

I am aware of issue 12865, but I think this is a different one since the error message I'm getting doesn't mention a connection error anywhere in the log.

All titles work for me when installing it, and if your internet is that slow, maybe it's timing out on the System Update.

Certainly possible. Does dolphin give any specific error for timeouts?
I know it times out when updating dolphin itself sometimes but that's a different error message.

No idea if it was my internet or not, but it started working again.
