man dolphin-emu is outdated and/or inconsistent with dolphin-emu --help.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Run man dolphin-emu and dolphin-emu --help.
Compare the flags and/or features.

For instance, I can't find anything about this flag.

  -C <System>.<Section>.<Key>=<Value>, --config=<System>.<Section>.<Key>=<Value>
                        Set a configuration option
