Description

Whenever I play a game, GameCube, Wii, Wii VC, Channels, no matter what I use, the Open File menu shows up and ruins anything I do. Even on the GameCube and Wii system menus.

Perhaps you mapped that dialog to some commonly used button? Check the hotkey settings.
