What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

The game can despawn vehicles or the player. If the player is despawned then the screen turns blue.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Select Group Race.
Select Group 1.
Select track 3 - "High Stakes Shakedown"
Select any vehicle - "Liberty" for example
Drive in 6th place until past the bridge sticking to the left side of the road.

Watch the opponents despawn in front of you.
Then when you get to their position watch as the screen turns blue.
Only pause screen will work and restarting the race will retain blue screen.

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,

The game is broken on "JIT Recompiler for x86-64" but seems to work on "Cached Intereter"

The issue also seems to disappear with "JIT Paired Off" selected on Dolphin Debug mode. So I'm assuming it's a JIT Paired Issue
