Anytime you try and start a game with the Vulkan video backed selected, Dolphin will crash (no error message given).

Start a game using the Vulkan backend in Dolphin

Yes (both beta and nightly), 5.0-17995/5.0-18515 -log attached

N/A, Dolphin 5.0 doesn't contain the Vulkan backend
