What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Most applications on macOS have a menu item in the menu bar labelled "Window" or "Windows" which allows you to switch between all open windows of the application, minimise, zoom, tile to the left/right sides of the screen and bring all windows to the front. The OS doesn't give many other ways to switch windows outside of Mission Control, and given it's pretty common to have the Dolphin emulator window fill the screen, the lack of this menu creates situations where it's difficult to get back to the games list/any open settings windows.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open Dolphin on macOS
- Observe that the menu bar contains no option labelled "Window"
- Open most other apps on macOS, for example the Finder
- Note the system provided menu bar option labelled "Window"

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)
I'm not sure if this is strictly a "Dolphin" issue or an issue in upstream Qt, I've seen conflicting reports indicating it could be either.
