Game hangs and crashes after a while at startup at the SEGA logo screen in Netplay (normally it works fine)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Launch Netplay and then launch this game, throws error at the third screen (SEGA logo)

Yes, version 5.0-20196 (also tested latest beta - 5.0-19870)

Not tested on stable
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
GPU: RTX 3070 (Driver 537.42)
OS: Windows 10 (22H2)

Turn off dual core. Netplay dual core is even less stable than regular dual core.
