gba integrated not showing screen for controller port 3

Description

As far as I know, it has nothing to do with the games. The gba screen pops up for a split second, then disappears, but the audio still plays. All my bios and settings are in order and none of the other slots have this problem. I'm using dolphin version 5.0-20347 and I don't know my computer specs, but pretty much everything runs well on my pc.

yes, ports 1,2, and 4 all show the screens. Port 3 is the only one that has this issue.
