dolphin-emu -e /home/niemand/roms/gc/game.iso
produces the error message. happens in konsole as well as krunner

however:

dolphin-emu
and selecting the rom manually works

dolphin-emu-nogui -e /home/niemand/roms/gc/game.iso
also works
