What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
With the latest update (2412), the game has become over-bloomy, making it way too bright, to the point it makes it really hard to see at times.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

For the easiest way:

  1. Boot game.
  2. Start a new savefile.
  3. You will see the character on the character creator too bright.

Requires to progress but show how bad the issue is:

  1. Boot game.
  2. Have a savefile that has the "sandy Plains" as a quest map.
  3. Accept the quest with the lady at the top left side and go into the quest while is day time.
  4. Grab the map from the blue box and go into area 10.
  5. You should be blinded by the amount of bloom.

Yes, Linux Flatpak (2412)

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. (Ignore the black bars, they are not part of the issue neither happen on normal game and if I fully remove the EFBToTextureEnable = False it makes the emulator completely crash and destroys the chracter. Also, wanted to add that the Native bloom and no bloom patches don't work anymore.

To your knowledge, what is the latest version of Dolphin which didn't have this issue?

I actually have a picture saved of a build that worked, I was using the flatpak pre-official announcement. Version 2409 flatpak to be exact.

As you can see the image is pretty dark! I was also using the color correction SRGB mode so the dark areas were actually dark!
