In the graphics plugin page for the High Resolution Textures Loading option, it says
textures have to be in the TGA format, but Dolphin can load hi-res textures from
basically any commonly used image format. (GIF, PNG, BMP, JPEG, TGA, and a couple others)

It might also be helpful to note that some features aren't implemented in the DX9
plugin yet.

The Comments do include possible solutions for this.

Looks interresting, but it seems to be a mere copy+paste from the Wiki pages.
I suppose you intend to include "more" help on the GUI, the Options and the likes later?
For the Plugins, you might want to resize the images; they look too small here. Maybe
consider making a new page for each of them, explaining all options thoroughly.
