What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start Sonic Riders Zero Gravity
  2. Get to the menu
    3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The menu worked fine in previous builds. It's now much slower.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN R 4253 x86 WinXP Pro

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't have any more Wii games to test that extensively use menus. So
SNZG may not be the only game with this problem. Also, the FPS counter
reads 60FPS, which is wrong.
