Cursor still does not hide in D3D

Description

The cursor behaves currently like this in rev 4773:

OGL-
Auto= Hides when not moving mouse (render to main)
Always= Completely invisisble

D3D-
Auto= Hides when not moving mouse (render to main)
Always= Never hides - seems regardless of dual core (im using it and it
doesn't change anything).

So the cursor issue is not completely fixed - I have to set it to Auto to
get it hidden at least some of the time. But if I play a shooter game (wii
has alot) I see the cursor 100% of the time since I'm moving the mouse
around to kill all those zombies! :P

So we just need to get "Always" working properly and we'll all be done
here!
