closedNSMB does not load with 'Enable HLE Audio' unchecked.

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Go into DSP settings. Uncheck first box 'Enable HLE Audio'. Check DTK
Music and Audio Throttle, with DSound. - Load New Super Mario Bros Wii (PAL).
- Attempt to load a save game.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After selecting the # of players, the menu goes away, and the background
continues scrolling without loading fully.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 x64
r4789 x64 dolphinIL.exe
General:
-Checked
--Dual Core
--Idle Skipping
--HLE the IPL
--JIT Recompiler
--Optimize Quants
--DSP on thread
Plugin: D3D
-Checked
--Vsync
--4x MSAA
--Enable CPU->EFB.
--Scaled EFB Copy
--EFB Copy to Texture
--16x Ansio
Plugin: HLE Audio with above settings.
Please provide any additional information below.
Insignificant issue, but figured I'd report anyway. Spent a bit of time
trying to figure that out.

IMHO this is not even an issue, emulating the sound I/O is normal and necessary for
some games, as they check for data to be played/copied etc. disabling it is a hack
and will cause issues, you know it's a bit like saying "I disabled copy EFB and the
bloom in ZTP doesn't work anymore !"

NSMBWii does load with no audio back-end selected in modern builds. The rest of the options are no longer valid. Since this issue this was linked to was closed, I think this can be safely marked as fixed as well.
