Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Load Dolphin
  2. Start Megaman Network Transmission
  3. Press Start and choose New Game.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game would start normally but nothing happens. Just black screen.
Loading saves works like a charm but choosing a new game goes black screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using r4897 and r4907 on 2 different pcs both running Windows 7 32bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
i went through all issues and found out that the game was playable on
earlier revs (r18 & r49). tried turning of the sound, disable dual core,
opengl/dx9 but still the same result.
