Fire Emblem Path of Radiance problems after r4586

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Use some of latest revisions
- Play till chapter 17 or use my save provided below(load from second
slot) - In management screen choose "End" to go to mission
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After some chat(can skip with "start"), management windows should appear.
It won't. Emulator did not hang.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r5135 x64, Windows Server 2008 x64
Please provide any additional information below.

People reported with r4586 it is possible to complete whole game without
problems. Im in chapter 17 which is well know for this problem and in r5135
it still exist. I could pass that point fine with suggested r4586.

UPDATE: I started play with r4586 and.. this time window didn't appeared. Restarted and
again nothing(yesterday I started several times without problem). Restarted once more
and... ....it worked. So I fired r5135 and it worked! It seems as if you would have to
restart(stop/start from emulator) game few times before it work properly. It also seems
that it isn't revision specific, maybe in r4586 its just less chance to trigger. Im out
of ideas now, but I didn't change anything in my rig and am 100% sure my system is ok
and clean.

Well for me, I've been using the newest revisions whenever I can, and I haven't had a
single issue with Fire Emblem, currently on Chapter 19.
