Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Use some of latest revisions
  2. Play till chapter 17 or use my save provided below(load from second
    slot)
  3. In management screen choose "End" to go to mission

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After some chat(can skip with "start"), management windows should appear.
It won't. Emulator did not hang.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r5135 x64, Windows Server 2008 x64

People reported with r4586 it is possible to complete whole game without
problems. Im in chapter 17 which is well know for this problem and in r5135
it still exist. I could pass that point fine with suggested r4586.
