Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.After pressing on the main menu of the game the option to begin the game
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A constant black screen, and the fps is at 0
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN 5435
Please provide any additional information below.
The problem can be solved if you change the wii system language to French, it
gets past this screen, but the game language is in french.
Forgot to say that i use the 64-bit build
this is a duplicate of issue 1221
I think it's not, because in that issue the problem is reflected differently (with a
message of error) whereas here i don't get any message just a black screen, and i found
also the partial solution to this problem, playing the game in french.
have you unticked Panic Handlers ???
I have the same problem with the error: " WRITE: invalid address 4c000074"
and " WRITE: invalid address 7cba03ba". It only shows when the wii's system language
is english. (NTSC version). Without the panic handlers its just a black screen after
pressing A on the main menu.
I have the same issua, in french runs but in another language don't... it's put star
and crahs out with a error message and with panic handler untickted its just a black
screen and 0 fps
- Status changed from New to Fixed
I fixed this issue in r6004.
Can u please help me when ever i click begin game my fps just turns to 0 i dont know what happened iam using 6295 uhm could u post up a dolphin emu so that i can download it and play or can u help me any other way please
Right click Monster Hunter Tri in the game list and select Properties. Tick MMU Speed hack. After restarting dolphin, you'll be able to play. Also make sure you have CPU->EFB access in the graphics options turned off otherwise it'll be very slow.
Isn't it possible to have an option to disable CPU->EFB access in OpenGL plugin too?
Another way to "bypass" the black screen problem is to select a different Wii system language in the dolphin Wii menu (don't know why, but with German, French and Italian languages the game works without the MMU Speed hack, while for other languages you need to activate it).
