1.Run any Dolphin revision
2.Load save from memory card

Tested on r6141, the problem remains.
The game has a lot of places with such behavior
this seriously spoil the fun, game in isometric perspective and do not always understand whis is a bug, or the object somehow cleverly positioned and that it should be.

Still broken in r7044 and similar issues occur in the first game, Baten Kaitos.

This seems to be the same bug as in Resident Evil:

maybe, but if in RE sometimes sprites sometimes overlap foreground elements :D In BKO bagged sprites always bagged. Proper image in Dolphin can be seen only with software plugin.
