What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Followed the instructions for compiling for Linux on this wiki
2. Open Dolphin-emu file. Click on DSP icon or just load a game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
By clicking on DSP I should be able to configure the settings but none are present. Also the game should load with the core initiated. I get the following error message with the GUI:
Error loading libPlugin_DSP_HLE.so: can't read info
Can't init DSP Plugin
Couldn't init the core.
Check your configuration.

With the terminal I get the following:

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
I don't have any other dolphin version to compare to but I'm using SVN 5642-release

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
32-bit

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Ubuntu Lucid Lynx, only the ones provided by this wiki

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm using a early 2010 Macbook Pro (5,5) so I should have solid specs to run it.
