What steps will reproduce the problem?
the game starts.. i get 2 options, new game or continue, when i press on new game i get black screen..

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the game should start normally.. i just get a black screen :X

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
i tried it in r5826 and r5397 both contain the same problem.

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
32 bit

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
XP sp3

Please provide any additional information below.
i tried it in both OpenGL or DX9 and it doesn't seems to work.. i also played with the options a little bit to see if its change anything and nothing changed.
