What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Launch Game
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Supposed to load game, instead it crashes with "WRITE: Invalid Address - 7ea0000c" etc.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
R5813, Dx9 plugin
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
R5813
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Vista SP2

Tick "Enable MMU speed hack" in the r6090 version of Dolphin. If that does not work, try ticking "Enable MMU"

Just a comment...I think it makes not sense to work in emulating correctly a game that was released in PC, unless if the PC version sucks a lot...

MMU speed hack is now automatically enabled in the latest versions (r6880) and the game works. The videos will be black but they can be skipped.
