What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Play Tournament of Legends
2. Just listen the commentator

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Just hear the sound one time for example "Critical Block"
Or just attack sounds.

Instead I hear "Critical Block" repeating for about 30 seconds. Until a new sound is played.
