What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Trying to play with 2 or more wiimotes. I'm not able to connect them to dolphin
2.Wiimote1 work, but if it "lost" connection is impossible to re-connect again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
I don't know in what revision the support is broken, i downloaded r6189 and higher and it happens, now i'm using my old r6111 with incomplete plugin and it works fine. I tried to use incomplete plugin in newer revision but it don't solve the problem

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
I'm using 32 bit dolphin

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
I think it's not my pc problem because with 6111 i'm able to play in 2 or more players and i can connect/disconnect wiimote 1 without problems.
