Wiimote Emulated (keyboard) not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Win7
2.Select Emulated Wiimote and map buttons to keyboard
3.Start ROM
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Respond to input buttons. No response
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?

Please provide any additional information below.
tried on new wiimote plugin and none of them work.

The original poster of this issue hasn't indicated they're using multiple wiimotes, so it is probably not the same issue, BRomeroT

Game doesn't matter.

Not sure if root cause is related, but the problem is different.
Issue with both old and new Wiimote plugin. Latest known (to me) working version: 5152

I wouldn't state its status to invalid just because your setup works. I have found more than one similar reports for the wiimote that had been closed as invalid

If you really think there is an issue, figure out the Exact revision which caused it.
It's difficult for anyone to fix an issue if they don't experience it themselves and they aren't told when it started. :/
