What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Launch the game and repeatidly press [a] to enter gameplay.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game freezes on the load screen after a few seconds.

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
Using r6260
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
64bit
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Win 7
Please provide any additional information below.
--I've tried adjusting every setting possible to get the game to boot including using the software renderer, but nothing seems to work.
