What steps will reproduce the problem?
- fresh compiled r6304
- clean start of GuitarHero Van Halen
- perfect menu and i feel it is much working better in game than gh3 for example or compared to older revisions of dolphin
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
x64, nothing special
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
win7, x64, nv260.89whql, DX10 (DX11 plugin)

maybe a recent change in the dx11 plugin caused this?
