What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Play Metroid Other M with hack enabled (tested with OGL)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Some lighting effects are missing.

Dolphin version with the problem?
The hack is available since r6381

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
I used Dolphin-x64-r6399
