Description
What's the problem?
When using Direct3D9 plugin the intro video appears distorted with bar running through it. This is solved by switching to either Direct3D11 or OpenGL.
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"): R 6470
Operating system and version:
64-bit: Windows 7 Home Premium
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"): SMOE41
The ISO is a plain dump from disc.
Also of note is that through OpenGL the pointer is not shown normally.

Also tested this on several versions: 2.0, R5670, R6477 and it gives the same result.
Maybe the way Direct3D9 decodes said type of video? Direct3D11 and OpenGL seem to be unaffected and display the introductory videos et al correctly.

Would you please make a screenshot of the distortion and upload the image to imageshack?

Of course, and sorry for taking so long.
Here are some pictures to compare R6477 using Direct3D9 vs OpenGL. Probably because of the way Direct3D9 handles these videos I get a slowdown using said plugin; even Direct3D11 runs the game at 100% speed.
Hope this helps:

This can be fixed by disabling anisotropic filtering (setting it to 1x)

Im sorry but I cant seem to eliminate these blacklines by setting anisotropic filtering to 1x, furthermore, when setting AF to 16x with OpenGL the lines are still not present.

No, if you want to almost fix the "bars problem" in the intro video (but also in game too), you have to use EFP scale to fractional...

- Status changed from New to Questionable
So.. is this issue present in recent revisions when disabling (or setting to "1x") all "Enhancements" and "Hacks" in the graphics config?
It sounds like, no.
If so, which revision was tested?
