Description
At the beginning of the game after entering the museum slowdown!!!!
Win 7 32bit r6495.
What kind of slowdown is that? How exactly is it a bug/issue in Dolphin? Any other details that might help?...
The lack of meaningful information is getting too annoying, not to mention you don't take the time to fill the form... How many times does it have to be said before you start making valid issues?
In my case, Just first time beginning of stage slowdown in Soulcalibur2.
second time of beginning of stage no slowdown.
Maybe just beginning of stage slowdown (some framdrops) at that moment in only that stage. Second same stage loading or initializing no framedrops.
I tested. This ocurred Olny when "Enable Idle skipping" OFF.
The slowdown is beginning as I said just play the Rabbids in the museum comes from the toilet. However Idle skipping is ON.
More tests in soulcalibur2.
r6495 with only On of "Enable Idle sipping" has no slowdown.
But r6501 has slowdown at the beginning and sometimes.
Strange thing.
r6495 had slowdon at the beginning, first time.
But Now has no slowdown regardless of On/Off of "Enable Idle skipping".
It seems that there are some options tangle Since version of moving the GFX options.
I doubt this recently all the time since GFX options moving.
I found somthing.
When First playing New Revision Dolphin of Soulcalibur2,
game is surely slowdown at begining at first character selecting screen and stages.
But I tried Fast die and "saved memorycard"(in survival mode in SC2), After then, no more slowdown.
Then, Restarting game(both game and dolphin) no more slowdowned.
It seems that
accidentlly, Saving memorycard do good something which maybe is missed at starting..
sketchy My test log. (I don't sure if this is maybe different issue)
r6460: Frame drops are disappeared for the first time in a long time
because (I think) it was fixed missing of '{}' in r6458.
But the next revisions start to slowdown. I did not know why at all.
r6495: (I downloade this revision from site of russia)
Short time frame drops but next disappeared.
r6505: I found, after Save of SC2, frame drops disappeared.
r6506: By the same test(die fast and save in survival mode in SC2),
the begining slowdown is disapeared.
Once save, after then, no more slowdowned in that revision.
- Status changed from New to Invalid
