And with OpenGL the icons of the pokemon show, with DX9 they're pink and grean
pixels messed up. Also the trainer's icon doesn't show on either, just looks like
static or something.

If this is fixed then tell me and I'll mark as fixed. Even if it works by ticking one
of the projection hacks.

Hi there.
This game does not get past the main screen with DolphinIL.exe. Dolphin.exe is
required.
With a default configuration I was receiving jibberish text everywhere. By turning on
'Safe Texture Cache', the first 5 strings became readable (albeit flickery).
Everything after that was gibberish again. 'Unlimited Jit Cache' and 'EFB To RAM'
instead of 'EFB to Texture' solved some of the flicker. Also, a lot of the text now
became readable. Some text that starts jibberish eventually settles down in to
readable text.
In short:
Dolphin.exe
Safe Texture Cache
Unlimited Jit Cache
EFB To RAM
Even with these changes, there is still jibberish text, although a lot of it becomes
more readable. Proof of more readable text is attached. This text is otherwise
jibberish.
Thanks.

I would like to re-open this issue, as "Unlimited JIT Cache" is not an available game-specific option. Safe Texture Cache fixes some dialog, but gibberish still appears at the text cursor and the text flickers.
