DX11 plugin appears in video plugins list in Windows XP.
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"):
r6600 and older

It's my build(I compiled emulator ver from SVN), but i think It couldn't cause this problem.

WinXP doesn't support Dx11? Didn't know that... haven't been exposed to WinXP in ages. It crashes if you try and use it then? It'd be fairly easy to patch this.

Last official DirectX version for Windows XP is 9.0c.
