What's the problem?
When trying to do the pictograph side quest, camera lags loops sound then finally takes the picture.

Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"): R 6686

32-bit or 64-bit:Windows 7 64bit

Build command-line (not on Windows):Not sure what this means.

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Iso compressed and downloaded from the internet

Please provide any additional information below.
AS i understand this very bug has been present in Dolphin for a very longtime.Google didn't provide any recent answers, any forum post are over a year old.
