Wrong reaction to pushable objects in Tales of Symphonia [gamecube]

Description

What's the problem?
Sometimes i can't push objects that must be pushed. for example if i get close to another objects then always action button appears and says like "examine" or "grab". Now i meet an object that i were able to grab only once somehow, but i can't do anything with it anymore, but it must be pushable for 100%. action button simply do not appears when i get close to that object.

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
don't know and i think it's no matter. the problem with z buffer

Please provide any additional information below.
on the screen that object that must become pushable when you shot it with darkness from sorcerer's ring. changing video plug-ins do not helps

here is screen of that object and also memory card with save close to that place (if load this need to run right ignoring the tiger monster on the way, then up on wall way and stop under the place on that wall where light comes from and press action button to climb up)
can't provide with save states, they are too big to fit here

This issue can be avoided by approaching the pushable objects pressing the assigned button for "Modifier" of the Main Stick (the character walks instead run).

Wrong GCpad configuration: the stick must be half-pushed in order for the action to appear.
