What's the problem?
The Wii system menu 4.3u (513 E) does not work in SVN r6876.

Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"): R 6876

(optional) Wii System Menu version that does not have the problem:
4.2U (481 E)

Operating system and version:
32-bit or 64-bit: 32-bit Windows 7

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
It Was a .wad file i downloaded using NUSD

Please provide any additional information below.
The previous wii system 4.2u does work. When Running 4.3u from NUSD, it gets to the Health and Saftey screen but when you press (A) it fades to black and does nothing onward.
