r1516 compile doesn't work. Emulator crashes.

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start DolphinWx.exe
  2. Error message
  3. DolphinWx closes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The emulator. Instead, an error message pops up:
"E:\Dolphin_1516\DolphinWx.exe

Application won't start because the configuration is incorrect.
Reintalling the aplication will solve this problem."

Then, the emulator crashes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
