What's the problem? Disturbing noise during the intro and in-game movies/cutscenes.

Operating system and version: Mac OS X 10.6.6
32-bit or 64-bit: 64bit
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"): SF8P01
Build command-line (not on Windows): scons
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed? plain dump
Please provide any additional information below.

That patch is for Donkey Kong Jungle Beat, you are talking about Donkey Kong Country Returns.
You seriously need to read more.

Are you referring to loud electronic buzzing in the opening cinematic? This also occurs in the end boss cinematic, other cinematic scenes in the game are fine though. I wish this would be fixed, really annoying.. It's a mixer issue that might be simple enough to fix to anyone that can code, hope the developers look into this issue soon.
As mentioned, the patch for Donkey Kong Jungle Beat has no effect on this issue, but hopefully the developers might be able to nail two issues at once if they are similar enough.

I cant play again Jungle beats because of that,anyone have the emulator that can run the game without that noise in both games?.

No, other emulators are dead and have very limited compatibility with commercial titles. Other emulators are Gamecube only, and mostly for homebrew, very few commercial titles even boot.
Dolphin is currently the best, best compatibility, best speed, best audio, best everything and the only Wii emulator there is. So if it's not working with Dolphin, it's not working with other emulators and if it is working with Dolphin it's still highly unlikely to work with other emulators.
Other than waiting for it to be fixed, Playing on a Wii or Gamecube is a good idea as a backup solution.

Near as we can tell, there is some data corruption between the CPU and DSP, causing this issue.
