What's the problem?
After exiting from a game, using the stop button, you can no longer select new games from the game list or look at game properties, you can only start the same game you were playing. this forces you to exit dolphin to select a different game. On that note the configuration menus still work fine after stopping a game

Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"):
I tested on 7202 and 7223 both don't allow menu selection after leaving a game, i checked an older version i had 7095 is fine

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
