What's the problem?
Games will not load at all on the emulator.
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"): r7167 -> r7223
(optional) Dolphin version that does not have the problem: r7128
Operating system and version: Windows 7 Home Premium
32-bit or 64-bit: 64-bit
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"): GSNE8P
Build command-line (not on Windows):
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed? Compressed.
Please provide any additional information below.

Other games tested included GKYE01, GALE01, and G2XE8P, all of which crashed the emulator upon loading.

For the record, not all of Mamario's builds from r7167 to r7223 have this crashing issue. The x86 build for r7220, for instance, doesn't crash soon after booting.
If you are able to compile your own builds using VS2010, try using "Rebuild All" instead.
(This issue is a duplicate of issue 4146, but what about not hiding it for now? Otherwise that might result in more duplicates...)
