Description

What's the problem?
The rumble function on my Xbox360 controller doesn't work anymore in any Wii/GameCube game.

Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"):
r7294 and later

(optional) Dolphin version that does not have the problem:
r7287 for sure (unfortunately I couldn't find builds from 7288 to 7293 to test)

Operating system and version:
32-bit or 64-bit:
Windows XP 32-bit, e8400, hd4850

Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):
Every game with GC pad support

Build command-line (not on Windows):

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Plain dump

Please provide any additional information below.
Tested with Resident Evil 0, Metroid Prime, and even in MarioKart Wii using the GameCube pad (Xbox360 controller) the rumble doesn't work anymore in-game, while it works in the GCpad configuration panel where the pad rumbles perfectly (rumble/moptor/test).
As I said I couldn't test revisions form 7288 to 7293 but reading the change log I'm pretty much sure that it was r7294 to break the rumble...

Just found r7293 to test and I can confirm that it is r7294 that breaks the rumble in-game

With Emulated Wiimote rumble still works perfectly...so it is only GameCube controller emulation that is broken.
