What's the problem?
OpenGL Anti-Aliasing broken !
Dolphin version with the problem:
R7503
Dolphin version that does not have the problem:
R6505
Operating system and version:
Win32 XP
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):
Build command-line (not on Windows):
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?

Anti-Aliasing work well in my computer.
You must turn on Anti-Aliasing in OpenGL before booting the game.

You must set Anti-Aliasing in the configuration dialog, close it before booting the game.
Try latest revision if you still not working.
Also try open to gfx_opengl.ini in User/Config and find MSAA option..
If you set Anti-Aliasing before booting the game. MSAA will not be 0.

I've never used AA and maybe never will, anyway after testing r7514 I can say that AA works only in DX9, in OpenGL doesn't seem work (even if you enable it before launching a game) - WINDOWS XP SP3 32-bit, hd4850.

Then may be the problems only occur in Windows XP.
But the range between R6505 and R7503 is too large.
I think you need to narrow it down...

Even on win7 x64 still the same issue
