Free Look WASD not working

Description
What's the problem?
Changing the view works only on the mouse part (right click, move), though WASD to change the position does not work. Tested with OGL, DX9 and DX11.
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"):
r7540 x64
Operating system and version:
32-bit or 64-bit:
64bit win 7 ultimate
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"):

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
1:1 dump using a wii and then scrubbed/compressed using dolphin

Meh.. you even said that it's a dup of Issue 2882...
The fact that it affects all backends doesn't justify a new issue.

The Free Look option isn't really broken -- just hold the SHIFT key before using the WASD/R/0/9 keys, as described by the "tooltip" I rewrote in r7546.
