What's the problem?
Whenever a Dialog shows up in the game where the player has the option to choose an answer, the game freezes right before the green dialog box shows the text in it, thus the game stops responding

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
It was a normal ISO
Please provide any additional information below.
I've attached a JPEG showing the error, Dolphin shows no error message whatsoever, the game just freezes in that screen

Try to reload the game from the in game save instead of dolphin save states and see if this solves it.
