What's the problem?
Dolphin version with the problem (as it appears in the title bar, Ex.: "R
4779" or "R 6403M"): R 7571
(optional) Dolphin version that does not have the problem: R 7456
Operating system and version:
32-bit or 64-bit: 64-bit
Game ID (as it appears in game properties, Ex.: "GZ2P01" or "RSBE01"): SWAP52 & SWBP52
Build command-line (not on Windows):
Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?

At R7546 it runs at 83%
At R7571 it runs at 30% max 50%

With the same (especially Wiimote and GFX) settings? It'd be nice to know which revision caused that speed drop for you...

Please check r7547 and r7548 for performance. If both of them are equal, look further for what commit regressed performance.
Otherwise, this issue most likely is invalid, since most commits between r7546 and r7571 have been "safe" ones.

Unless the OP (original poster) happens to be using builds from /texcache-rewrite for testing (instead of /trunk), it is unlikely for r7548 to be the culprit here...
@steven: Try double-checking the settings, narrowing down this issue to a single revision and/or providing more info (Mamario's official builds, or self-compiled builds? Is it on the regular /trunk branch, or the /texcache-rewrite branch?...). Otherwise this issue may get marked as invalid...

i used the official builds on the dolphin-emulator.com and this issue is only on R7561- R7571
and i always use the same settings because i can play NBSW with 100% Game Speed

i found the reason
my nand dump wasn`t used correctly i deleted it and voila it runs again at 75-90% Speed
p.s. the Sound plays fine with lle
