What's the problem?
Kinematics of Ubisoft games are not working well in D3D11 and OGL. Tested in Red Steel 2 and Rayman Raving Rabbids 2.

Was the ISO a plain dump from disc, compressed and/or scrubbed?
Red Steel 2 ISO Compressed, Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 run from disc.
Please provide any additional information below.
This has been an issue, and came to be fixed, but then, with these new video plugins, this problem returned. It is the issue 2970.

OK, works with Anisotropic Filtering in 1x on D3D11 and OGL, but with D3D9 works with 16x and in previous video plugins you have fixed for all plugins in issue 2970 .

OP not giving enough info about when something was supposed to have been fixed, so whatever.
AF is known to cause problems in some backends while other backends seem to work fine. Disable it if you want working cutscenes.
