2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

• videos should be played properly
• instead, they sometimes get stuck for a few frames at a specific frame, or they get stuck and constantly switch between two specific frames.

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.
Yes, dunno which rev though.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start the game
2. Skip the "put on the wrist wrap" screens etc
3. Watch the first video (ubisoft logo)

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar: "R 4779", "R 6403M", "3.0", etc)?
On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics driver information, and video card model if you are having
graphics problems, for example.
3.0-92 on my new-shadercache-uids branch, happens with e.g. 125c11cce98a on master as well though

6) Please provide any additional information below.
Happens with both Single/Dual Core mode. GFX options don't seem to fix it either.
I'm sure it worked sometime (pre-3.0) before though, I'll do some regression testing once I've got time.
