Emulator

Upon loading Mega Man 10, a black screen is displayed. The game accepts input and plays sound through the black screen. As soon as the Graphics menu is opened (simply opening, no further actions required and it can be closed directly after), the game will then display correctly from then on. Restarting emulation will require the Graphics menu to be opened again.

Dolphin version with the problem:
Dolphin r7661 and Dolphin r7666

Dolphin version that does not have the problem:
Dolphin 3.0
