2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Sound Effects, Menu SFX and some other stuff works, however Music and Character voices is missing on HLE.

With LLE, Music and Voices do play, however its stuttering a lot. Not just that, but while FPS is 60, the VPS is about 40 so that's why It may be stuttering like that.

Aside that, the intro videos aren't shown, these just play Green. Just wait like 10 secs for the first one and then press start to skip the intro.

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.

Never tried it before.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open Dolphin, Run the Game.
2. Wait for the first video, Skip the Intro with Start
3. Play a Versus match.

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar: "R 4779", "R 6403M", "3.0", etc)?
On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics driver information, and video card model if you are having
graphics problems, for example.
